Instructions for submitting a guest list for addressing.
After you have read the instructions you can click here to upload your invitation list
We can accept guest lists created in Word or as an Excel spreadsheet. If your file is in a different format, please contact Lynn Rodewald at 410.821.6369 before proceeding.
- In Word, please enter your list in the manner shown below, double-spacing between entries. Please do not use multiple columns, page breaks or numbering. If the information for the inside envelope is the same as on the outside envelope, you do not need to repeat it - we will pick up the inside envelope information from the name line. If there are children's names or guests to be added to the inside envelope copy, please give that information after the address as shown in the second and third addresses below.

- In Excel, please set up the spreadsheet with separate columns for each of the following pieces of information. Your spreadsheet may have other information on it - we will just use the columns necessary for addressing. Please be consistent with providing information in a given column. We often receive spreadsheets where the same column is sometimes used for a middle name, sometimes for the wife's first name, sometimes for a note.

- Please proofread your list carefully before submitting it. While we will correct any errors and typos
that we spot and bring omissions to your attention, we do not completely and carefully proofread the list.
We basically edit your list and start addressing with the information you have provided. All words should be
spelled out; if you use abbreviations in your list, they will show as abbreviations in the addressing.

- Provide day and evening phone numbers or email addresses where we can contact you with any questions. If your list is divided into Bride's, Bride's Parents, Groom's, and Groom's Parents lists, you may want to give us separate contact information, and we will call the person who did that part of the list with any questions.
